Govcamp

[GovCamp] is an initiative comparable with BarCamp and FooCamp. It is not a reaction to any existing Camp.
The purpose of this camp is to network in a unofficial way. It is, like mentioned on the website of [BarCamp], "an ad-hoc un-conference born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from attendees."
This initiative is initiated by the [Belgian Federal Government], Federal Public Service Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Directorate General External Communications.
The first GovCamp is [GovCamp Brussels] and will take place in the [International Press Center] in Brussels on Friday 15th in September 2006.
