Government House, Wellington in Wellington, New Zealand is the principal residence of the Governor-General of New Zealand. The building is constructed of wood, and was built between 1908 and 1910. The architect was John Campbell, Government Architect. The house's grounds total 12 ha, and the house itself has 4200 m² of floor space.
The house has a staff of 30.
Its entrance is on Dufferin Street, beside the Basin Reserve. The entrance has a large flag-pole and guard house.
