Græsted-Gilleleje is a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Frederiksborg County on the north coast of the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 134 km², and has a total population of 20,936 (2005). Its mayor is Jannich Petersen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party.

The main city and the site of its municipal council is the town of Gilleleje.

Neighboring municipalities are Fredensborg-Humlebæk and Helsingør municipality to the east, Helsinge to the west, and Hillerød to the south. To the north is the Kattegat.

By January 1, 2007 Græsted-Gilleleje municipality will cease to exist due to Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007). It will be combined with existing Helsinge municipality to form the new Gribskov municipality. This will create a municipality with an area of 278 km² and a total population of 40,409 (2005). The new municipality will belong to the new Region Hovedstaden ("Capital Region").
