The Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University is an American journalism program at Columbia University.
Joseph Pulitzer founded the School of Journalism in 1912. The school offers two masters degrees and a Ph.D. in Communications. Since 1934, the school has offered a one-year Master of Science in Journalism. In 2005, they added a one-year Master of Arts degree in Journalism.
They also publish the Columbia Journalism Review, a bi-monthly publication that explores contemporary issues and controversies in journalism.
