Graham Charles Stuart (born March 12, 1962, Carlisle) is a British Conservative politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for Beverley and Holderness in the United Kingdom general election, 2005. He owns a publishing business, CSL Publishing Ltd.

Previously he contested the Cambridge constituency in 2001, and was a member of Cambridge City Council from 1998 to 2004.

Graham was born in Carlisle, studied at Glenalmond College and read Philosophy and Law at Selwyn College, Cambridge, but did not graduate. He started his publishing business while at university, was also Chairman of the Cambridge University Conservative Association and a University Trial Cap in rowing.

In 2005 he founded CHANT (Community Hospitals Acting Nationally Together), www.chantonline.com, a cross-party campaign group. He is a member of the Environment Audit Committee (Select Committee) and member of the backbench Shadow Health team.
