Greatest Hits is a 1988 album by British-American band Fleetwood Mac. It covers the period of the band's greatest commercial success, from the mid 1970s to the late 1980s.

It should not be confused with an early 1970s release by the Peter Green incarnation of the band, also entitled "Fleetwood Mac Greatest Hits", but containing an entirely different tracklisting.
