Greatest Hits is a 1991 retrospective compilation album by Eurythmics, containing their successful singles spanning the years 1982 through 1990. The European version of the album contained eighteen tracks and the version released in the United States contained fourteen. The track order also differed between the two versions. Neither the European nor the U.S. version of Greatest Hits contained any songs from Eurythmics' debut album In the Garden.
The collection was superceded by 2005's Ultimate Collection.
