Greek Diaspora is the term that refers to the Greek communities that have formed outside the traditional homelands of the Greek people. For an estimate on the figures of the Greek diaspora, see the Greeks.
The General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad is a dependency of the Greek foreign ministry. It has compiled several studies over Greeks living outside Greece and Cyprus.
