This is the sequel to Gunbuster. A more high resolution solution to the original series, Gunbuster 2 uses much more graphically stunning effects. Battles a plenty and guns galore, Gunbuster 2 (or Die Buster as its also referred to as) has action and drama for all the anime fans. However it features more comedic elements than the original Gunbuster, and it pays homage to some of Gainax's more recent series, such as Furi Kuri
Gainax has been releasing the series one episode at a time in Japan. Since it is unlicensed in the U.S. as of today, the fansub is still available on the web through Lunar Anime [link].
