Gunroar

Gunroar is an abstract scrolling shooter game created by Kenta Cho. The game features stylized 3D graphics via OpenGL, many forms of control in its three different game modes, a replay function, and 360ยบ movement with a linear scrolling gameplay. The game is freeware and available for public download at the website of ABA Games. The source code is also included with the game.
Gameplay Modes
- Normal: Players move the ship with the arrow keys. The Z key shoots a wide spread of bullets in the direction the boat is currently facing. The X key shoots a "Lance," a powerful, single shot attack.
- Twin-Stick: Players move with WASD, or the Arrow Keys, and can fire in different directions with IJKL. There is no lance attack.
- Mouse: Players move the boat with WASD or Arrow Keys, aim with the mouse, and shoot with the left mouse button.
- Double-Play: Multiplayer mode. One ship is controlled with WASD, the other with IJKL. Both ships constantly shoot straight ahead. There is also a wire connecting the two ships, with a turret in the center that, with teamwork, can be rotated to shoot in any direction.
