The HCW Kamehameha Heritage Championship is the most prestigious championship in the American professional wrestling promotion Hawai'i Championship Wrestling.

1 Lopaka defeated Kaimana in the final match of a 15 man gauntlet match to become the first champion.
2 Masahiro Chono was forced to vacate the title due to an injury.
3 Lopaka defeated Super Fly Ete to win the title after the two of them were the last two men in a battle royal to determine who would fight for the title.
4 Title is eventually vacated due to inactivity.
5 Defeated Kaimana by Knockout in the finals of a Gauntlet Style match to win the vacant title. On 11/18/05 unified the HCW Kamehameha Heritage Heavyweight Title with the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight Title. Vacated the title on 3/11/06 when Kenjiro "returned to Japan."
6 Won an 11 Man Battle Royal to win the vacant title.
