HMS Antrim (D18) was a County-class destroyer of the Royal Navy launched on 19 October 1967. She had her 'B' turret removed and replaced by four Exocet launchers in the mid-1970s.

The ship took part in the Falklands War. Antrim was the flagship of Operation Paraquat, the recovery of South Georgia in April 1982. Whilst at San Carlos Water, Antrim was struck by a 1,000 lb bomb which fortunately did not explode.

Antrim was decommissioned in 1984 and was sold to Chile on 22 June 1984 and renamed Almirante Cochrane. In 1994 Almirante Cochrane underwent the same refit as her sister ship Blanco Encalada; the removal of her Seaslug launcher and the extension of her deck aft with a new, larger hanger being installed. In 1996 was fitted with tme SAM "Barak", removing the Seacat launchers. Almirante Cochrane remains in service with the Chilean Navy.
