Four vessels of the British Royal Navy have been named HMS St Vincent.

• The first St Vincent was an 8-gun fireship captured from the French in 1692 and sold 1698.

• The second St Vincent was the Spanish 14-gun sloop San Vicente, captured 1780 and sold 1783.

• The third St Vincent was a 120-gun first-rate ship of the line launched 1815, on harbour service from 1841, a training ship from 1862, and sold 1906.

• The fourth St Vincent was a battleship launched in 1908 and sold 1921.

The name lives on in St Vincent College of Portsmouth (not to be confused with Saint Vincent College in the US).
