Han River is the name of four unrelated rivers:

Han River (Korea), or Han Gang, is a river in Korea, passing through Seoul and entering the Yellow Sea
Han River (Hanshui), or Han Shui, is a tributary of the Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) in central China
Han River (Guangdong), or Han Jiang, is a river in eastern Guangdong province, in southern China
Han River (Vietnam) is a river in Danang, Vietnam
