Hang Seng Bank Limited (恒生銀行有限公司) or Hang Seng Bank (恒生銀行) is the second largest bank in Hong Kong. It is a listed company but it is majority owned (62.14% equity interest) by the HSBC Group via the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. Hang Seng is also one of the constituent shares of the Hang Seng Index. The current vice-chairman and CEO is Raymond Or.
Mr Vincent Cheng has been appointed to be the Chairman (designate) of HSBC Hong Kong (commonly known as HongkongBank in Hong Kong). He took up the post on May 25 2005.
