Hare-um Scare-um is a 1939 Merrie Melodies cartoon directed by Ben Hardaway and Cal Dalton, and first released on August 12, 1939 by Warner Bros. It markes the third appearance of the protypical version of Bugs Bunny, and the first time he, thanks to a redesign by Charlie Thorsen, appears as a grey rabbit instead of a white one.

The plot of the short features Bugs confronting an unnamed hunter (presumably Egghead) and his hunting dog. It features Bugs' first singing role and also the first time where he dresses in drag to seduce his antagonist.
