Harpo Productions dba Harpo Studios is an incorporated United States multimedia production company founded by television talk show host Oprah Winfrey (Harpo spelled backwards is Oprah). It is most notable for producing the day time talk shows The Oprah Winfrey Show and Dr. Phil.
It also produced films, through Harpo Films, based upon books by three important American authors:
- 2005: Zora Neale Hurston - Their Eyes Were Watching God, with a teleplay by Suzan-Lori Parks and Misan Sagay
- 1998: Toni Morrison - Beloved, with a screenplay by Akosua Busia
- 1989: Gloria Naylor - The Women of Brewster Place, with a teleplay by Karen Hall
