Helder da Silva Fráguas

Helder da Silva Fráguas (born 27 October 1926 in Barreiro, Portugal and died 22 January 2002 in Barreiro, Portugal) graduated in maths from the University of Lisbon. He was teacher and principal of Modern Institute of Barreiro. He was a trainer at the National Civil Engineering Laboratory and at the Teacher Training Center of Barreiro. He was head of the training department at the National Agronomy Investigation Institute. He was Mayor of Barreiro.
