Hemlock Records is a Chicago, Illinois based independent record label. It was established in 2005 in Chicago, Illinois by Drew Fernando and Jim Jones.

Hemlock Records also publishes and promotes video/film work, painting, and illustration. Among the artists that have released material on Hemlock are: Asif Siddiky, Mark Tyburski, Andrew Fernando, Aaron Albin, & Orange Drink. Their slogan is "Hemlock Records Ruined My Life."
