Henry W. Bloch

Henry W. Bloch (b. February 15, 1926) is the co-founder of H&R Block, Inc. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he and his brother, Richard, founded the company in 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri. Henry and his wife Marion now live in Mission Hills, Kansas. Richard died of heart failure, in 2001, at the age of 78.
