Hi-Point Firearms (Also known as Mks Supply, and Beemiller Distributing) is a firearms manufacturer based in Dayton, Ohio. They manufacture low-cost pistols and Carbines, in the following calibers:
- 380 ACP Pistols
- 9 mm Luger Pistols, Carbines (Hi-Point 995 Carbine)
- .40 S&W Pistols, Carbines
- .45ACP Pistols (Hi-Point .45 ACP)
Firearms manufactured by Hi-Point generally include polymer frames and powder coat finishes; they are +P+ rated and operate via a simple blow-back action. Hi-point weapons are regarded as simple, inexpensive guns which sacrifice aesthetics for lower cost and ease of use. Their products generally retail for 1/2 to 1/4 the cost of a comparably chambered gun from other, more prestigious manufacturers .
Magazines
Typical Hi-Point magazines are metal with plastic bases. They are generally available in 8 to 10 round capacities for pistols and 10 rounds for rifles; however, a 15-round aftermarket magazine exists for the 9 mm carbine.Warranty
All Hi-Points come with a lifetime no-questions asked warranty. Whether you are the original purchaser, or a third-hand owner, your Hi-Point firearm will be repaired free of charge.External links
