Higashi-Kakogawa

Higashi-Kakogawa is the second city centre of Kakogawa City in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.

It has various institutions such as a University, a cinema, the Synthetic Cultural Centre (加古川総合文化センター). The first city centre does not have them.
