Higashi Koganei station (東小金井駅 Higashi Koganei eki) is a train station located in Koganei-shi, Tokyo.

Trains of the JR Chuo line and the JR Chuo-sobu line are the two trains that pass through this station. The station has two entrances, North and South. The station has three levels, basement, 1st and 2nd floor with elevators available.
