Higashi-Narita Station
Encyclopedia : H : HI : HIG : Higashi-Narita Station
is a railway station located between the terminals of Narita International Airport in Narita, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.Opened in 1978, it was originally known as Narita Airport Station. Passengers who used the Keisei Electric Railway to Narita Airport would disembark at the station and then either take a shuttle bus (for an additional fare) or walk to the terminals. Dedicated train stations at both terminals opened in 1991, and Narita Airport Station was then renamed Higashi-Narita Station.
Higashi-Narita is connected by walkway to the airport's Terminal 2, and is the closest train station to the airport offices and the airport police station.
