right Hilary M. Weston, CM, OOnt (born Hilary Frayne, January 12, 1942, Dublin, Ireland) was the 26th Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario, serving from 1997 to 2002. She was deputy chair of the board of Holt Renfrew for ten years. In 1979, Mrs. Weston founded the Ireland Fund of Canada and continues as honorary patron of the non-partisan, non-denominational organization that funds community projects in Ireland to promote peace. She is an endorser of International Student Exchange, Ontario.

Born into a lower-middle class family, she was a well-known "party girl" in the faster Irish circles[[Citing sources citation needed]] before marrying Galen Weston in 1966; they have two children, Galen Jr. and Alannah. Her husband's family is the second richest in Canada, with a net worth of US$6.2 billion.

In 2003, she was made a Member of the Order of Canada.
