Holbo Herred (English: Hundred of Holbo) in old times consisted of the Danish present municipalities Græsted-Gilleleje, Helsinge and the parish of Nødebo (which today is in Hillerød municipality). Earlier Holbo had been under Strø Herred.

Holbos seal from 1648 represents Søborg Castle.
