Hooks Mills is an unincorporated community in Hampshire County, West Virginia. Hooks Mills is situated between Cacapon Mountain and the Cacapon River along Cacapon River Road (County Route 14) at its junction with H.G. Brill Road (County Route 23/4) south of Capon Bridge with its post office in Yellow Spring.
