Horn-Bad Meinberg is a town in the Lippe district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It has an area of 90.16 km² and 18,718 inhabitants (2003).
Horn-Bad Meinberg is the location of the Externsteine, a rock formation consisting of several tall, narrow columns.
