The House of Balša was a medieval dynasty that ruled Zeta. It lasted from 1356 until 1435, when it was succeeded by the House of Crnojević. There were 6 rulers of the dynasty:
- Balša I (1356-1362)
- Đurađ I (1362-1378)
- Balša II (1378-1385)
- Đurađ II (1385-1403)
- Balša III (1403-1421)
- Serbian Despot Stefan Lazarević (1421-1427) - With the influence of his mother, Jelena, Balša III had passed the rule of Zeta to Stefan Lazarević, who died in 1427, giving his nephew, Đurađ Branković, the throne.
- Đurađ Branković (1427-1435)
