Artificially composed of typical Anglo-Saxon name fragments, Hrothric Edulf Wiebraht provides a fictional identity for the unknown author of Beowulf. First Conceived by the American poet Walker Pfost for From 'The Autobiography of Hrothric Edulf Wiebraht' (2002), use of the name has not extended beyond certain exclusive literary circles.
