Hueco Mundo

Hueco Mundo is a fictional dimension in the manga and anime series Bleach, where the series' main antagonists, the hollows, reside.
Hueco Mundo is a dark place that normal shinigami, humans and ghosts do not go to. It is said to be between the living world and Soul Society. The place itself can be entered when a menos grande rips the sky. According to the shinigami, all hollows dwell in Hueco Mundo regardless of their shape, size, or power. Currently, Sōsuke Aizen is the leader there.
Ghosts can also enter Hueco Mundo by unknown means. It is known that some are brought there after being abducted by hollows before they are consumed and become hollows themselves. Orihime Inoue's brother Sora was one such ghost.
Trivia
- While Hueco Mundo is Spanish for Hollow World, the grammatically correct Spanish phrase would be Mundo Hueco.
