Hurricane is the name of several unrelated fictional characters in various Marvel Comics comic books:

A superhero from the Golden Age of Comic Books with the power of superhuman speed. The 1990s series Marvel Universe revealed that this character, and several others, were actually aliases of Makkari, a super-speedster who was one of the long-lived Eternals.
A mutant supervillain in the Dark Riders with power to summon winds.
A character in the Ultimate Marvel Universe, a mutant woman with super-human speed from Syria. She is a member of The Liberators, an international counterpart of The Ultimates.
