i-flex solutions limited is an India based IT solutions provider for the financial services industry. It has customers in over 120 countries. The i-flex portfolio of software products includes FLEXCUBE®, a core banking solution; Reveleus™, a business analytic application; and Daybreak™, an enterprise consumer-lending suite. In addition, the i-flex PRIMESOURCING offering provides a comprehensive range of software, consulting, development and support services. With an employee base of over 7000, it is headquartered at Bangalore.

PrimeSourcing is a wing of i-flex, and focuses on the financial services domain, dealing with the compliance, application development, re-engineering, integration, testing, implementation or maintenance needs. The main areas of focus are on corporate, private and retail banking, funds, capital markets and insurance domains. It is backed by industry consultants, technology experts, and SEI-CMMi Level 5 processes. PrimeSourcing operates development centers across India, the USA, and Singapore. Castek
I-flex has acquired a majority stake in Castek Software Inc., the Toronto-based provider of insurance systems for the global Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. The product is dealing with the real world applications of P&C insurance.
Current Events
August 3, 2005: Oracle Corporation has announced it would buy a majority stake in India's largest applications software company i-flex solutions in a $909-million (around Rs 3,960 crore at an exchange rate of Rs 43.55 to a dollar) deal. Between March and April 2006, Oracle acquired an another 7.52 per cent of i-flex Solutions' equity. Another 3.2 per cent acquisition, in mid April 2006, from the open market meant that Oracle's stake crossed the half-way mark, upto 50.6 per cent, thus making i-flex Solutions Ltd it's wholly owned subsidiary.
