IDT Entertainment formed in October 2004 a company called New Arc Entertainment to produce live action and animated films in the horror genre.[link]

Liberty Media, owners of the Starz Media Group, agreed in May 2006 to buy IDT Entertainment From IDT. Corp for $186 million.
