Ichijo Nobutatsu

(d.1582) was the younger brother of Takeda Shingen, even though he had a different mother. Nobutatsu was also a valiant retainer under him.

Nobutatsu fought in many battles such as Mikatagahara, also taking part at the Battle of Nagashino in 1575, serving under his nephew, Takeda Katsuyori. Also holding the Ueno Castle. In the year of 1582, when the Oda-Tokugawa alliance invaded Takeda territory, countless numbers of men under the Takeda died. Sadly he ended up being put to death as well, along with his son, Nobunari.
