Ichijo Uchimasa

Ichijo Uchimasa (1560-1580) supposedly not a retainer of any clan. Uchimasa lived during the Sengoku Period of the 16th century to that of the Azuchi-Momoyama period of the 17th century. Uchimasa was the son of Ichijo Kanesada. Following the death of his family of Ichijo, he then went on to marry the daughter of the famous leader of the Chosokabe clan Chosokabe Motochika. However, after defying the will of his father-in-law (who was currently Motochika), he was killed.
