Il segreto di Susanna (English: Susanna's Secret) is an intermezzo in one act by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari to an Italian libretto by Enrico Golisciani. It was first performed at the Hoftheater, Munich on 4 December 1909.

The short opera buffa-style work is a comedy about a wife who secretly smokes.
