Indecent Obsession was an Australian boy band. They formed in 1987 in Brisbane.

"Indio" - the band's second album was more mature and featured the hit singles "Indio" (AUS#41) and "Kiss Me" (AUS#27). "Kiss Me" even landed at No.1 in South Africa for an amazing 27 weeks!
Lead singer David Dixon left the group in 1992 to pursue acting including the role of Joseph in the Australian version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. "Joseph Mega-mix" (for the Soundtrack) was released in Australia in mid-1993 - it peaked at AUS#53. In 1995, David recorded a solo single called "Faith, Love & Understanding".
Other facts about David Dixon: (1) he played Nathan Roberts in the Australian TV-soap Home & Away; (2) he worked on UK radio as a presenter; (3) he is a Ranger Pilot for the Royal Flying Doctor Service in South Australia; and (4) he is currently married with children.
Richard Hennassey replaced David Dixon on the 1994 album "Relativity" as the group's lead vocalist.
Michael Szumowski went on to produce music for other performers including Australian all-girl groups Cherry and Bardot. Plus songs for Guy Sebastian, Shannon Noll, Kate DeAraugo, and Australian dance projects Disco Montego and Thirstee.
Daryl Sims also had minor success with dance-outfit The Webb in the late 90s.
