Independent Newspapers Limited (INL) is a media concern in New Zealand. It sold its publishing assets, including Wellington's Dominion Post, on 30 June 2003 to the Australian Fairfax conglomerate. In July 2005, Independent Newspapers Limited merged with SKY Network Television into a new company, MergeCo,which was renamed Sky Network Television Limited.Independent Newspapers now own 78% of SKY Network Television Limited.
