They have been developing [award-winning] bulk email applications and related services since 1996 and are among the leaders in the group email industry. [Infacta's] core products, [GroupMail] and [GroupMetrics], allow users to send personalized bulk email messages to unlimited lists of recipients and track the open and click-through rates of each message sent. Bulk email applications, such as [GroupMail], are used for email marketing, customer service, permission marketing, technical support, advertising, fundraising, and anything else that requires sending email messages to groups of individuals.

Where the name comes from

The name INFACTA was inspired by a sketch called Gift Grub on the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show on TodayFM in Ireland. The sketch written and performed (mostly) by Mario Rosenstock features a character called Bertie (himself based on the real Bertie Ahern) and one of his favourite catchphrases is "infacta"
