Ins (French: ) is a municipality in the district of Erlach of the canton of Bern, Switzerland. The official language is German, spoken by 82.9% of the population.

Despite being a small commune, Ins serves as a centre for the neighbouring communities, which are even smaller in both population and area. Ins lies at the end of the Biel-Täuffelen-Ins (BTI) rail line, and is also served by the Ins-Erlach postbus.

The Swiss painter and illustrator Albert Anker lived in Ins until his death in 1910.
