The Institute for Molecular Bioscience is a research centre at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. It opened in 2000 as part of the Queensland Bioscience Precinct, the largest of its kind in Australia. The centre is split into 4 main research areas Genomics and Computational Biology, Molecular Genetics and Development, Molecular Cell Biology, and Chemical and Structural Biology. It has around 400 research staff and research.
