Manitoba's Interlake is the name given to a region in the Canadian province of Manitoba. As the name indicates, it lies roughly between Lake Winnipeg and Lake Manitoba comprised of 14 rural municipalities, one city (the City of Selkirk), five towns (Arborg, Gimli, Stonewall, Teulon and Winnipeg Beach) and two villages, Riverton and Dunnottar. There are also a number of First Nation communities such as Peguis and Fisher River. The largest population centre in the region is Selkirk, Manitoba.
Argyle, Manitoba, is the small hamlet that is located on the Prime Meridian of Canada, near the middle of the Interlake Region.
