The International Young Democrat Union is an international grouping of conservative, classical liberal and Christian democratic youth organisations. It is headquartered in London.

Formed in 1992, the IYDU is an international political youth organisation comprising 80 organisations from 50 countries. The IYDU links right-of-centre political youth organisations internationally.

The IYDU is the youth wing of the International Democrat Union.

Chairmen of the IYDU have been:

• 1992 - 1994: Mark Heywood (Australia)
• 1994 - 1998: Tony Zagotta (United States)
• 1998 - 2002: Andrew Rosindell (United Kingdom)
• 2002 - 2004: Shane Frith (New Zealand)
• 2004 - current Donald Simpson (United Kingdom)

Among other activities the organisation runs a "Freedom Campaign" dedicated to supporting democratic conservative movements and groups in some nations which are considered to have authoritarian governments. Nations targeted by this campaign include:

• Burma
• People's Republic of China
• North Korea
• Iran
• Belarus
• Zimbabwe
• Haiti
• Cuba
• Syria
• Libya
