Ipso jure
Encyclopedia : I : IP : IPS : Ipso jure
Ipso jure is from the Latin language, meaning "by the law itself" or "by operation of law." It is used as an adverb.
This means ‘by operation of law’ where the court cannot grant any time to the defendant to resolve things. Therefore where the condition is specifically stated in the agreement, such agreement shall, upon the accomplishment of the condition/fact agreed upon, be automatically dissolved and the court cannot grant any time to defendant.
