Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries

(TYO: [7013]IHI was founded in 1853.), or IHI, is a Japanese company which produces ships, aero-engines, and other transport-related machinery. IHI turbochargers, commonly used in passenger automobiles, are manufactured by Ishikawajima-Harima. Boeing and General Electric Aviation have subcontracted parts of several models of jumbo jet aircraft out to IHI, as well as Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
Toshio Doko was a former manager of this company.
