Ismael Abdurahman (born c. 1982) was the first person charged under the Terrorism Act over the 21 July 2005 London bombings. His charge under the terrorism act relates to his failure to supply information that could have helped apprehend Osman Hussain, who is suspected of attempting to detonate a bomb at Shepherd's Bush.

On the 11 August, 2005, Abdurahman was charged with a further four offences at Bow Street Magistrates Court, viz., failing to disclose information about Muktar Said Ibrahim, Yasin Hassan Omar and Ramzi Mohammed, the other three suspects of the July 21 bombings, and of helping Osman Hussain escape to Italy. Abdurahman is currently being held in the maximum security Belmarsh Prison in South East London.
