The Israeli Human Resources Directorate (Hebrew: Agaf Mash'abei Enosh), formerly called the Manpower Directorate, is the Israel Defense Forces body that coordinates and assembles activities related to the control over human resources and its placement. It draws plans for these following the standards of the Planning Directorate, and attends to the service conditions of individuals. The Directorate is currently headed by Aluf Elazar Stern.
