Issam Nassar is a Professor of History at Al-Quds University in Jerusalem. He specializes in the history of photography of the Middle East and is the author of laqatat mughayirah (different snapshots) about the history of early Palestinian photography. He is also the associate editor of Jerusalem Quarterly (Arabic: Hawliyat al-Quds).
