Isumi (夷隅郡; -gun) is a district located in Chiba, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 61,956 and a density of 198.42 persons per km². The total area is 312.25 km².

Mergers
On December 5, 2005 the towns of Isumi, Misaki and Ohara from Isumi District merged to form the city of Isumi.
